Gentle support for the emotional transition into motherhood
Mindfulness, movement, and compassionate care through pregnancy and postpartum.
This support may be for you if you…
feel overwhelmed by the emotional, physical, or identity shifts of pregnancy or early motherhood
find yourself caught in cycles of worry, guilt, or self-criticism
want simple, practical mindfulness tools you can use in everyday life
are longing for a gentle, non-judgmental space to slow down and process what you’re experiencing
value being supported with care and compassion, rather than being told what to fix or change
Pregnancy and the postnatal period can be powerful, tender, and deeply challenging. This series offers grounded emotional support, mindful awareness, and compassionate self-connection during a time of profound change.
Meet the Practitioner
I’m Daniela — a pregnancy and postpartum support practitioner, yoga teacher, and mindfulness teacher.
I support women through the emotional and physical transitions of pregnancy and early motherhood, helping them move through anxiety and stress while fostering greater ease, presence, and connection through mindfulness, gentle movement, and compassionate care.
I completed an MSc in Psychology at Anglia Ruskin University, am currently pursuing a Master’s in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) at the University of Oxford, and hold a 500-hour certification in Vinyasa and Perinatal Yoga.
My work is about slowing down, reconnecting with your body, and learning how to meet whatever is present — fear, joy, uncertainty, or fatigue — with more awareness, steadiness, and kindness.
