About the sessions

I offer mindfulness- and compassion-informed coaching for women navigating pregnancy and the postnatal period.

My work is shaped by mindfulness practice, gentle movement, and a deep respect for the emotional complexity of this life transition.

My Approach

  • I work slowly and relationally, creating space for women to meet their experience with kindness rather than judgment.

  • Sessions are held within a supportive, non-judgmental container. There is no expectation to share, and no pressure to "get it right.”

I believe that awareness, compassion, and trust in inner wisdom can offer meaningful support during times of change — not by fixing what’s difficult, but by changing how we relate to it.
