My Approach
I work slowly and relationally, creating space for women to meet their experience with kindness rather than judgment.
Sessions are held within a supportive, non-judgmental container. There is no expectation to share, and no pressure to "get it right.”
I believe that awareness, compassion, and trust in inner wisdom can offer meaningful support during times of change — not by fixing what’s difficult, but by changing how we relate to it.
